Got any good sources for coffee



Coffee has irritating effect on gastric mucosa and can lead to development of ulcers.Caffeine interacts with absorption of some nutrients in small intestines. The only healthy way to treat tiredness and fatigue is to have rest and not drinking coffee. Also, long term coffee drinkers often develop liver function disorders.

Illy coffee is to limited for me, heck it took some searching to find coffee.

of course I'm drinking to much coffee some days, okay, it's an odd day I don't drink 3 or 4, 24 oz cups. Whats a day without a good caffeine buzz - crankier.

of course it messes your stomach up - thats why I am buying that particular brand, I can drink more without my stomach feeling eaten out. Then eating helps sometimes too.

but being the cheap, inquisitive bitch I am none of you know of any good coffee at wholesale prices that look better than coffee bean direct?

you all get like, folgers or maxwell house or the bean/bags on the grocery wall? Forgot, chock full of nuts, I fall back on them all the time, it's a 50 - 50 chance that I run out before I remember to order.

Been looking for a good coffee source. Get my over-roasted, burnt tasting beans at Starbucks because it is convenient to home.
 
lately i've been drinking coffee for it's taste only. guarana ftw.
 
coffee i enjoy: local roasters here in seattle/NW. caffe ladro, caffe vita, stumptown (based out of portland but everyone thinks its from seattle).

utility coffee (daily morning coffee to wake up): local costco's here roast their own blends. 9 bucks for 3 pounds, still tastes great.
 
Illy is over priced and pretty average. I used to lover it be fair, but as I buy beans for my machine I knew I could get better and at a better price. I buy beans all the time from Freshly Roasted Coffee Beans from Has Bean Coffee

They're normally roasted a day or 2 before you get them and they have some amazing beans. I think this is the best coffee I've drank, or at least I remember it the most fondly.

Guatemala Elephant beans. I buy them from Whittards but I'm not sure how common the store is in the US. I've tried a few other coffees from them but nothing seems to compare to the elephant beans.
 
i like using kuerig k-cups for a quick fix

but i pull out the french press and grind some fresh beans when I need the real thing... usually just some starbucks pike place, strong and nice.

It looks like they are in great Britain - I'm in the U.S.
they want 7.80 pounds for the coffee and 90 pounds for shipping
