I've been designing a computer game for the past year and it's almost finished. I'm making some promo videos and I'm looking for someone to do some voiceovers saying the name of the game and some basic stuff, but I don't have the voice for it and I want someone who sounds like this: zSHARE - mixtapeinvasion.mp3. I haven't really worked with anything like this before so does anyone know if there's like a database where you can hire people who specialize in stuff like that?

Saw some folks on fivver offering to do video testimonials - might be an option for you if you don't have a big budget. People will do crazy shit for 5 bucks apparently.
What kind of things have you used them for? I like the style that a lot of the mixtape sites are going in now where they take a guy who sounds like he could be a DJ on an oldies station and then throw sound effects on it.
I just hired someone off craigslist in the talent gigs section just last week for this. Freelancers are the cheapest and more custom
I used them for mixtape voice overs and tags. My best one I have was actually from a voice over forum. If you look for voice over forums you might find someone. Most of them offer one free voice over if they are nice enough/have time.
And if I remember right, most of the people on the voice over forums can do the DJ effects that your looking for. It's just going to cost you.
Ebay has a number of people that will do voiceover stuff for $20. Search Custom Jingles, voiceover talent etc and listen to the demos
