I highly doubt that the # of pages indexed has anything to do with a site getting a PR 6, but when have you seen a PR5+ site with less than 10 pages indexed? I can honestly say, this is a first for me.

They are out there. If you look at the backlinks he has some legit .edu and .gov backlinks...some PR6's in there. Seems to be legit but who knows, I'm definetly not a pro at sniffing out BS pagerank domains. I'd buy it though, seems legit enough.
