My SESscout Review/Experience...This is the TRUTH

I'm actually more interested than ever in paying for your product. This is exactly the kind of attitude I expect from people around here and I laugh at the crybabies moaning that you're not sucking every "customer's" dick.

This is coming from a person who sells a product. wow.

I feel like I'm at the Barbie High School Dance - This is a whole mess of drama for a report card that was wrong for a single day.

How many of you have had:

- Screw ups with affiliate tracking.

- Ebay displaying wrong earnings for a week.

- adsense showing psa's on a live site with content for way to long.

- affiliate networks LIE and tell you check was in the mail for months....

But it appears that the highest pricing for this product is 49.97 per month. If you are really unhappy maybe you should demand a $1.67 refund (prorated amount for a single day).

There - the end of my supportive (for the owners) post.

I'd hurry though - because when people outside of our loving community see that the creator/programmer/owner/whoever is calling the customers cunts and cussing at them it's probably going to go downhill fast.

To the programmers -- when you run a monthly service like this (especially when there are other alternatives) your biggest enemy is attrition. You've been 'open' long enough that I'm sure you are starting to see people drop off. The best damn thing you can do for your wallets is to give them a whole lot of cookies. When people are eating cookies they don't think about cancelling.

When people are being called cunts and being told you hate them - it makes them think about cancelling, chargebacks, and coming after you with a baseball bat. I'm 100 percent positive it doesn't help with retention. I'm sure it doesn't help with the recurring payment model that dictates growth has to be higher than attrition.......... which you just increased.

Growth will be hampered because anyone sitting on the fence just read this post.

I can't blame Josh for acting like this man... If I worked everyday on a product to make it better for my customers, just to have someone stomp on it with sheer ignorance, I'd be pissed too!

You might not be able to blame him - but others will. Just picture the CEO of Pepsi getting on national T.V. and saying - All you coke drinkers I hate you - you are a bunch of cunts. I fixed the Pepsi formula that had rat poison in it in 1 day. Bunch of fucking whiners -- I've seen people get their heads chopped off that didn't whine as much as you. Assholes.

Ohh - buy pepsi! It's better!

Well I'm going to give SEScout a try.
We're always learning, even customer service is an art. The loud customers are okay to have (at least you can learn something), its the silent ones that walk away with pockets full of cash you have to be upset about.

I have an idea! Why don't you just start "case study" threads with the sole purpose of bashing your competitors.

Personally I love SEScout. At this point, the free version works well enough for my tracking needs, but I'm sure in the very near future I'll need to upgrade.

As far as little Joshy's "attitude"... I'm right there with him. If the OP (or anyone else) didn't like the product or the way the fixes are handled, stop paying for it and go find something else. There are several other options available.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating he tell all his clients to GTFO the second they complain about things, but in the business world, sometimes it's best to boot certain clients that are "resource drains". It's WAY better/cheaper/easier to work with "like minded" people that have common sense.

Totally agree, but calling one of your customers a cunt - in public - ain't too smart either.

Ryan here, wow, this thread certainly took off more than I could have ever expected. Judging by the amount of sign-ups in the past 24 hours, I guess what they say is true, any publicity is good publicity.

In all seriousness, you probably either like us or hate us at this point. If you don't like us, use MS or any other of the many other SERP trackers available, and enjoy waisting time. Fact of the matter is, if you have an issue with SEscout and it is brought to our attention properly (bug report, feedback report) it will absofuckinglutely be taken care of in a very short amount of time (or at the very least acknowledged). If you bitch and moan in a thread, there is a very likely chance it will get overlooked and not out of spite.

If you are willing to go out of your way and call us out publicly in a thread, (again I don't have unrealistic expectations of all our customers loving us and "blowing rainbows up our ass") then is it really that unfair for the founder to call you out on it?

Now quit posting here and go make some money..

Looks like most of the Successful Internet Marketeers are obviously wasting their time (with MS). Except the ones who use SEscout ;)

Damn I too have wasted more than 12 months!

SEscout killed my mother.

No seriously, some of you guys need to grow some fucking balls. I'm probably going to go sign up for SEscout now, great thread!

Also, this is hilarious:

Don’t give me this “BETA” shit when I’m paying you! ... Beta’s are supposed to be free. ... But instead, the developers got greedy and asked people to pay so they could do them a favor.

So it's a huge travesty that they offer a paid version (not to mention a free version) of their beta software, but you paid it anyways? A beta test is literally a test of software/hardware in it's intended market environment, it's not innately free of charge.

“Excuse me…I’m testing this elevator. If you pay me $10, I’ll let you ride it rather ride that other, free elevator. But don’t forget…that other elevator is a LOT slower so you should pay me instead. Oh and one last thing…It’s very likely that something will go wrong during your ride up so please push the alarm button any time somthething does and we’ll take note of it. Thanks!”

If you submit to their terms and pay the operator the $10 for the chance of receiving a faster travel time to the top of the building, then where exactly do you get off bitching and moaning when you lose out? Pick up and move on.

He's only discussing MS's Rank Tracker. The tool is awesome, and he knows it. However, he's just saying that if you have many sites and want to be able to look at rankings for a particular day later on, you can without having to remember to open the program and run the check.

He's not saying that you're any less successful using MS over SEscout.

Sescout is fucking amazing. If you really want to get good at SEO, and understand what actually works, you need to watch the serps like a hawk and EXPERIMENT with a mass amount of keywords and sites. This is what sescout has allowed me to do. Thanks bros.
