I very rarely do this if I receive a slightly bad service, but I am extremely disappointed with the service offered by ~Angel~ Why?

I ordered 5 x 400-500 word articles at $20. The price was fine and the samples they sent were of a fine standard so I was happy to use their service. I then sent a list of keywords for the 5 articles and said keep the keyword density to around 3%. 2.5% would be fine. 3.5% would be fine.

1. I open my email and find one giant docx document. Not great in the first place for having a mac, but then that's my fault.

2. I open the document to find all 5 articles in there, with no clear separation, I spent a good 15-20 minutes trying to work out where they are split up. I thought I had worked it out and then realized I'd got it wrong etc. OK. Maybe me being stupid. I don't know. But it was a mess. They weren't numbered or separate.

3. So the keyword density: Was it 2%? NO! Was it 3%? NO! Was it 4% NO! It was from 4.2% to 7.2% (yes over 7%) which meant every article was rejected by Ezine Articles. ~Angel~ did offer to edit them to sort it out. But that's not the point. I ordered these articles to save myself some time, however, I've wasted time submitted the articles to Ezines to find them rejected. So the time I saved, I've just wasted finding out the articles are no good for Ezines.

4. The ETA of the articles was also way off:

Email 1: "I'd expect to be able to deliver tonight EST."
Didn't receive them that night
Email 2: "they'll be in your inbox tomorrow morning UK time"
Didn't receive them that morning
Email 3: "They're done, just editing and sending in 2-3 hours"
Didn't receive them 2-3 hours later. It was 8 hours later.

Now I know that it is not that important always to receive them for a certain time, as was the case for me, but if you are ordering articles that you require urgently then... Well I wouldn't rely on ~Angel~

I know this post will cause a bit of a stir, but I am just giving my honest. I have worked with a few different articles writers here on WF, and was yet to have a bad experience. I think because I have had good experiences in the past, this bad experience may have seemed worse than it was.

But I am just being honest. I could leave just a normal review saying it was good etc.

I will be honest though, the articles themselves were written to a high standard. It's just all the problems meant that the time I wanted to save I didn't in the end.
