Then pay for the Essential package.
If you're needing to track 200 keywords, then you clearly can afford the monthly cost to not have to worry about remembering to run a free program to check each individually. If that isn't worth the price alone, then not having to run each keyword report individually should more than pay for saving you time.
Honestly, at the bare minimum, 1 keyword in the top 5 should net you at least $5 a month. Multiply that by 200 and you can afford it. I'm not trying minimalize your business strategy, but in the grand scheme of things you could be spending your time better by focusing on getting better rankings for those keywords.
Rank trackers are nice, but not something you want to run every day or you're going to drive yourself insane and will end up not focusing on making more money. Pay for SEscout, let it run updates on those keywords for you, then check it once a week and see those daily ranking trends. Odds are, you'll be grateful that you saved a ton of time and spent it actually doing something to improve your site's position than having to run reports individually with a free program.
Then, while you're increasing the backlinks and rank of those keywords, you can be spending the excess time on a new project, and the cycle will continue. Once you get several sites up, you'll see why SEscout is worth the price of not having to keep tabs on keywords individually and having to remember to run those reports.
