CX - Getting getting assf*cked by CX? CX not Paying you either for XM leads?

Tedskillets legit, stop hatin on him. Just trying to get his guys paid. About time people kept the threads alive instead of letting them just die off and get swept under the rug.

The question you have to ask is why CX are not banning affiliates if they were sendng fraud leads. Fucking stinks of shit to me.

fuck them...one of my traffic sources is filing a suit against them in Cali this week, we'll see how it goes then maybe we all should file as well

interesting - i personally spoke with issa today... he's not in israel currently, but i do know that he was there earlier this month. from what i know about his plans with my crm, he's not down for the count.

Talking about one of your customers in a negative thread about that customer?

Wow dickhead, where do I sign up for your CRM?

asshat.

thanks bro! I hear that cx is still running xm on prepay...I wonder who's pushing traffic to them. How are these affiliates protected? They might as well go direct, doesn't seem like there's any protection for them through cx. Great networks like adsdirect and ads4dough never have had issues paying affiliates, but that's how it's supposed to be. I hope this gets resolved soon because engage:BDR is owed $ because of this mess too (indirectly).

From a legal source:

"The problem is that CX Digital says they haven't been paid from the advertiser and that they have no duty to pay the affiliates until they are paid. This is what is stated in the terms and conditions on their website, but I am not sure if you read and accepted these. Someone had to in order to activate your account, and whether that was you or your company, or CX Digital being helpful is unclear since it was done online.

So the first battle is whether or not you accepted those terms and conditions. If you didn't, then we can file something here in the US, and if you did, then the place to file is in Canada. Not sure there will be a clear answer.

Filing a lawsuit will take a lot of time and there are no guarantees that you will win, so I hesitate to recommend that pathway. Even if you do win, then you have to collect the money which can be difficult given that they are in Canada."

thoughts?

I think, nay, I know, their playing the it's fraud game! not the "not getting paid" game. It's in their TOS that they don't have to pay fraud. I mean don't get me wrong, their might of been actually fraud maybe, but for 99% of the people it's pretty obvious they are making it up, and stalling as long as they can. I really don't get it cause it's just bad business, pay your clients who've been bring you money for years, so they will run in the future. That's really the case, for almost all the people still owed here so you guys know. If you called all the right people and have done what you can, then the route would be to prove your leads good. I would give it a little more time, and start calling people up daily.

ya, it would be nice even if they played nice...they could easily tell us that they're over-extended or that they're sorry that they're not paying right now, but they'll try to pay later. Instead, those dickheads are threatening, making shit up and blaming all of us individually (telling each of us that we're the reason xm came down and they didn't get paid)...how's that for a fucked up perspective. they owe us money, and they treat us like shit and when we try to do something about it...they start acting hard. they should just fucking apologize and cut some deals at least.

the sad thing here is that no one over there gives a shit about their company really because it's not their company, it's public. there's no ownership over any of these types of situations...they'll crash the car without any concern because it's not theirs anyway.

their 'evidence' will never stick anywhere - if this goes to court, a subpoena to visa/mc will evaporate any of their fraud claims quickly.

as for agreeing to any terms, i think most of us had accounts created for us by their reps...I know I never agreed to ANY terms, ever. :boid:

lot's of ddosing happening to pulse360 pubs I'm hearing...cx could eat a *ick!

what connection does this have to CX? Could just be a competitor doing it.

BTW: Are they still alive? At ASW everyone was telling me they only had a few weeks left to be alive.. you all better get paid asap

yep, they're still alive - running XM again on prepay - even though they got ass-raped by them just a couple of months ago...I guess the only one's that got jacked, was us....for now
