Questions about buying inventory through Traffiq.com and prices

I had a meeting with a Traffiq.com rep last week and she was telling me how I could buy Adwords and Facebook traffic through them (in addition to doing media buys). I asked her, "Wouldn't it cost me more since your network is an intermediary so you're getting a cut?" She said "No, because we get the traffic at a lower cost because we buy in volume."

Is that accurate?

And what about media buys through them? Would it be more expensive than going direct (for the most part)?

I'd be willing to pay a small premium to go through an intermediary company if it means I don't have to worry about my Adwords and Facebook accounts getting banned.

Haven't used these guys, but I've heard this sales pitch put forth by a lot of these networks.

Ends up being a breakeven calculation: Are the benefit of buying this inventory all in one place and (possibly) getting ads approved that you wouldn't get approved going direct, worth the premium you pay?

Take it from someone who has run $xx.xxx on this traffic source. I have never achived a positive ROI with any campaigns with anything i have ever run with them Their staff have no clue about optimisation and they will run your ads way beyond 4x CPA before they habve a DOOOOOOHH moment and realise the placement is not working. You can easily wax 10k and not even see light. I would go with something more stable like pulse 360 or ezanga.
