He also believes that the Dept. of Education should be abolished federally and that states should handle education since Education is not part of the constitution, so by doing this he would have 0 control over curriculum. Worrying about this is a moot point because of that.

Anyone who strongly adheres to either Mormonism or Creationism has a severely skewed worldview and that to me is dangerous when they are in a position of great power such as president of the united states.
If anyone truly, deeply believes that Joseph Smith read special gold tablets and discovered an entirely unproven lineage of people, or that dinosaurs and humans walked around together 1000 years after the Sumerians invented glue, then that person is in denial of many truths and that is a risky thing when you have a public that demands honesty and integrity.
