Fuck Me. I've failed to scale past 1k/day for 3 years.

Does it come with the essential "tools" or is that sold separately?

Anyway, just venting here because I'm pissed at myself.
I think you're wrong. Hindsight is always 20/20.

Stop beating yourself up because you swung at the fences.

It would have been great if you won, but you didn't and I can respect you for trying. I respect the hell out of your desire to go big.

1. Lots of people would kill for 1k/day. A lot of them on other forums *cough cough*... so write an e-book on your formula and sell it to them.

2. You're missing the "Next Big Thing" too often. Get your head out of your ass, your ass out of your chair, hit up some industry-specific conventions that you're interested in, find out what's the hot word that everyone's dropping, and get on it.

So if you wanna plug some golf equipment, go to a golf convention, buy some people drinks, chat it up, and see what's the Next Big Thing (TM) in golf. Probably some driver, putter, or new technology buzzword. Come home, buy 50 domains, and get your team to work.

Thar's Gold in Them Thar quotes....

thread made me almost puke.

1. Keep to your self what your making, no one needs to know this, unless u love attention.
2. 1k a day isn't bad, and yeah i know "a lot of money" is relative, but venting this shit on WF Is puke worthy.
3. Building a team to duplicate your shit is stupid. and a waste of the biggest commodity, time.

Get your head out your ass dude and go make some fucking money. <--- pretty sure that's all he wanted to hear.

Oups nm, i puked.

Not a fan of the 4-hour workweek, Ven?

You know getting someone else to do the same job as you is the fastest way to double your production...

Aye, hey Luke. What I understood from ops post was he's trying to get people to clone himself so to speak. I would assume he would say outsource and not duplicate himself. He obv just wanted a tounge lashing to get back in gear, we all need it time from time, and a lot of people make excuses an rely on others to do the work they should be doing. Or they are giving out key secrets to outsourcers which is bad.

But yeah 4 hour work week was a good read, I've borrowed it out to everyone I know almost, it's a must read. But yeah I have one in office full time employee and some outsourcers, but I try not and rely on them with everything.

Have u read gtd by David Allen? This and nozbe software have been really helpful so far.

Receive puke bucket.

Building a team to duplicate my shit is not stupid and it's dramatically saving time already. I should explain this is SEO related, not paid traffic... which brings me to the point that it's 2011 and there's much more money if your business isn't just review sites for example.

Anyway thanks for the contribution.

Gold but i'm not into ebooks ;) One big problem is I have no path, no leads, no customers. Just traffic. changing that as we type.

Right on man, though I don't think either of us is sold on working only 4 hours a week. I'm just done spending 20 hours on tedious shit instead of driving traffic and making money

Look at the tedious shit and think about how to

- optimize it (so it won't take that much time)
- automate it
or
- outsource it

1k a day and not being generally happy with it? you have issues man.

It's not about the money, it's about progressing and not milking shit. Having some success and then failing to scale beyond it is insulting to everyone else who tries harder and hasn't gotten there yet.

For any traffic that has no path it follows, leads, customers, etc. then I assume it's all unqualified so you can't be sure what they are after.

Make some categories from the sites they come from and that'll help you define interests. From interests and country IPs you can direct to affiliate-specific offers.

Thanks man - what I should have said is, I've got review sites selling products doing ok. But that's the end of it... I have no leads, no customers of my own, and I want desperately to change that.

Good luck... and be careful what you wish for. My partner and I started reaching out and building professional relationships with product owners specifically... thought we'd cut out the network and create our own little network.

Three lawyers later....
