so i've been asked to find out about this from my boss. i kinda touched base on this awhile back about this attorney.

this attorney joel bander is scum of the earth and ripping people off, but that's besides the point. i was able to bump him down from the #1 spot on google to #3 and the rest of the spots on google is all our stuff. kw: luchie mendoza allen.

this guy is going after my boss. it's a long story but that's not so important right now. point is, he's scum. he put up a website balita-news to mock her and our chief editor rhony laigo, making it a lies and parody site about the company i work for balita

so here's the problem we're facing now. someone came to our law office and decided not to go withour services with one of our attorney's. they then went to joel bander to use his services. joel proceeded to come after us for what reason we don't know other than he hates us and we hate him.

he's actually suing my boss. for what? i don't know. but he's acting on it. the only thing going against us is that person decided not to go with our law services but rather joel banders.

so my question to you is, aside from going over there and kicking his ass (it's one thing after another with this guy)...how can we find out how this person who refuses our services find joel bander or if joel bander is doing something to grab this person away from us.

now that i'm typing this out, it sounds more ridiculous than i thought. basically my boss wants to know how we can stop this guy from finding out who our clients are.

this sounds stupid after reading it but wth...i can't figure this out, not even sure my boss knows what she's asking of me.

not empty threats...he's been a thorn for years and the owners have backed off hoping he'd go away but he has filed lawsuits before against them. idk...it's just a mess.

Let me see if I understand this correctly... you work for an attorney and you're asking how to illegally hack into a site because they don't like it?

Those are some pussy attorneys that you work for.


The real question your bosses should be asking is why did they have a potential client in their fucking office and then that potential client decided to work with someone else.

Few things piss me off more than when we have a layup lead like that and my sales rep doesn't close the sale.
 
sigh....I miss the days where you could just hire hugs to intimidate them. No names, just money paid and intimidation proceeds.

my boss is not an attorney. he runs a law office full of attorney's. his wife also runs balita.com. a filipino newspaper company since 1992. he also runs publicitymint which is a web service company that i run.

all 3 company's are in one big building.

anyways...he didn't ask me to hack into anything. i don't want to hack anything. i just want that site down and figure out how this person went from us to him. just seems odd and unlikely. we're in LA, there's tons of immigration, bankruptcy attorney's ...to go from us to him is odd and it's happened a few times. this is not the first time.

in the philippines you could hire a thug to beat up an attorney. here? well...no can do
 
still cant fully understand what the issue is... you work for an attorney and they don't know how to handle being sued... maybe this is why the client left... you obviously work for a horrible attorney... and you come to WF for suggestions on law info

Agreed completely, this isn't the right place for ask for legal suggestions, or hackers for that matter.

You can't shut down free speech.

Threatening to file a lawsuit does not constitute a lawsuit.

Hacking their site will cause you more problems.

A law firm is supposed to be able to handle lawsuits.

Doing the right thing usually results in less trouble for yourself.

Having social skills and marketing skills is invaluable in dealing with difficult people.

All your problems are covered in this post.
