Got the following message from google.
First time I ever got a message from Google regarding TOS. I have always been extra careful as Adsense have been very profitable for me, but this stumped me. Don't even remember when this was auto approved...

On a very old site that I don't even track, I found that there was some comment spam that I might ave overlooked or autoapproved.
VERY VERY Old page. It had some Adult Comments. Somebody scrapeboxed me with hundreds of Adult links.

Anyway, I have removed adsense from my old sites that I have stopped tracking. I also spent sometime, looking through my old comments. But this is just a warning. For those who have been running sites before you started doing comment spamming and such, have a look at your old sites if you are running Adsense.

Thanks for the heads up. I hate this shitty no adult shit from Google. I can only imagine what sort of moolah I could make with adult ads. :(

This is not new. It's no big deal anyway, the most they'll do is just terminate the ads on that particular page or site.

I'm not sure if this is detected automatically but I'm sure there are douchebags out there that will report this kinda shit to Adsense to bring you down.

Just fix the problems. They won't ban you if you're earning decent money with them. I've received a dozen of these emails over the past couple of years.

Thanks for the heads up on this. I monitor comments on my active sites pretty well, but those old sites can be a problem.

I guess I'm the ultimate hypocrite because I'm happy to spam the hell out of sites for links, but I won't let even the slightest hint of a spammy comment touch my sites.

Just got similar message a few days ago, except that I had an image of the porn star cut off above the breast line sucking her fingers, doesn't really look as "adult content" but they disabled ads on the whole site and sent a warning. Almost every wallpaper site featuring models has more explicit images full of adsense...

I've had it happen with some shitty old pligg sites I have.

Don't fret, they have found shit like that on several of my sites, and they haven't banned me.

Google are trigger happy dude, cant you just install some spam blocker pluggin or disable comments

Lol. I'm glad some of us recognize the hypocrites we are... I'm exactly the same! I even edit out bits of comments and their URLs and just publish them for a bit of new content. Unless it's obviously duplicate like "best effort sir, your web makes me happy in my pants"
