Do you get paid once they simply enter their email/zip because I sent a friend one of the offer and it said it followed with pages and pages to more crappy offers.

You get paid for the zip / email submit, unless it says otherwise. For the user to actually get the advertised item, they need to click through 100 surveys, sign up for 24 offers, sell their sister and then some.

Ummm that's how they are able to pay you the $1.25 or so for the zip or email submission only. The advertiser makes their cash on the fact that people enter their full info looking for the prize, but have to pass through coreg hell, and then get to fill out high paying CPA offers, so yeah, they make $50+ while you make under $2, but they are taking the risk, not you, so quit whining and suck it up ya big baby.
