To answer your question GoogleBitchSlap,

I continually grow my list and test them as well. As we do know submission failures happen.. I will over-deliver every order to compensate for this :)
 
Review:

Very quick turnaround: under a day.

Got 539 links in an excel report - with the link directly to where my URL was bookmarked on each site, which is great for checking them out properly.

Rapingbox found 466/539, and when I checked a few that didn't show up it looks like they were just one level deeper on the site. Overall I received at least 500 working as advertised (and all were different sites as OP stated).

I noticed that there were 2 other sites bookmarked under the same account, which is fine. I just hope he doesn't go on to bookmark thousands under those single accounts. Perhaps OP can clarify this.

The sites themselves are nothing to write home about, and most were PR0.

The descriptions and tags were just as I sent, which is nice to see.

Lastly, I have jumped up in the SERPS from page 2 to page 1 overnight. It's too early to tell if it will stick, but it's a pretty good sign so far.
