Zen Cart

I am dropshipping some stuff and don't have much experience with Zen Cart.

I am looking to place peoples order on hold rather than just taking them straight to a payment page until I work out the exact shipping cost, then sending them a bill from PayPal or such.

Anyone shed some light?

Been awhile since I was in a zen cart backend but if there is not a mod already available the easiest way would be to use the check/money order option. Just rename it, change the text the customer sees after checkout completion and in the confirmation email that gets sent out. Basically changing the text from "will ship when payment clears" to I will be sending you a bill with shipping shortly"

Why not just a landing page for the products?

1000 Plus products already listed. Don't fancey making a landing for them.

SD, can you shed any light on what files require mods to change the text? is it just through the SQL tables?

I see the code to start the module, but where exactly can you edit all the text display?

Not sure if Span6 (the product we use) can support this but talk to the owner/developer sounds like something he may be able to accomodate.
