I have a huge amount of IP addresses that I am looking to lease to someone.
We actually have a very large block of IPs and don't need these extras.
We're looking to lease out upto 8000 IP addresses.
(ALL ARE US IPs from the same location)

PS: We're not looking to lease these to a spammer so a genuine use for the IPs would be a necessity. (If they're required for SEO, that is alright too)

Yes. However, if you're interested in splitting them up and just taking a few IP from each C-block, we can work something out for that.

And yes, they'll all be from the same city.
 
Oh, and not to forget, some complaints are tolerated however, not too many. We don't want our IPs landing up in blacklists.
 
We do a lot of CLEAN SEO hosting, so we may be interested.
