Are the PR3 links publicly visible dofollow anchored?

Sounds obvious but past experience deems this question relevant.
 
Will bite for the review, but before hand pls see below:


  1. How are the links to money site built? Using related niche articles? if so who writes them, what % unique?
  2. Are the links peppermint? Do you own the domains? do the sites have different c-class IP?
pls give more details.
 
I'll do a review.

What kind of links are these "PR 3" links? I'm guessing profile links? I am also assuming the page the links are on are not actually PR 3, just the root domain...

1.The links to the money site are HIGH PR Profile Links from HIGH PR Root Domains. So therefore I am not using any niche related articles.

2.I do not own the domains and as far as c class IP many of the HIGH PR sites are coming from unique domains so you will have different C-CLASS IPs but not on every domain used.

You are assuming right. .The links to the money site are HIGH PR Profile Links from HIGH PR Root Domains. Where juice will pass through to your main site. The page itself will not have the PR

A majority will be anchored 70%+ and be pubicly visible
