Good question, I'm waiting to hear back from him. I haven't had to do the reset in at least a week, I was hoping that meant he fixed it. Guess not. Will let you know as soon as I know.
I was thinking about ordering a T-Rex, can you make sure I don't have the same doc host link issues I had with my last projects (no calameo links, scribd is fine if the worker can figure out how to post them).

Yeah, we've removed calameo from the site pool since they switched to that format. No mas. And I've written out very explicit instructions regarding doc host posting (plus they're getting lots of practice but I can't say more about that right now).
Yeah, I think the issue is fixed but when it got fixed, about 7-8 days ago, it required one more global password reset across the system. So if you hadn't logged in since then, it would appear to be the same situation. If I'm wrong tho, please let me know ASAP. Thanks.
So I've been to busy to remove the discount code that expired yesterday morning and Micha is traveling back from Vietnam. At least two orders went thru last night with the discount code still working, so I think it's fair game until Micha turns it off. Carpe Diem.

I had to reset mine too, but only once and then it worked. Talking to some of the VA's, they couldn't get in at all. Can you guys kick me some more details plz:
1. Password reset email system is working or no?
2. In #1, are you clicking on the link in the email to try new password or trying to log in thru the already open tab where you get redirected after clicking the password reset button.

yeah fuck my life, I'm on it guys. Sorry about that. If you need yours reset and the password reset isn't working, PM me instead of grindstone and micha so they don't have to deal with all of this and can keep crushin it with your projects.
Alright, offending variable located, short term fix in place as of around 11am yesterday, complete rollout of hardened system today.

My Baby Fish project is finished, and I'm impressed by the entire process. Very professional and confidence-inspiring. I have already seen some movement of the main keywords in the right direction, from 8-9th to 5-6th. I like what I'm seeing.

When was the last time you had to before this? If it was before the last global reset, you might have still been effected. Either way, forwarding this to dchuk so he can look under the hood.

What's your policy on replacing deleted properties? On my first 3 projects each already has one of the web 2.0's deleted, and 2 of the projects aren't even 100% completed.

Well our team usually make sure to create 1-2 more properties to cover it up if this happen, get back to me with what order# and we will have look at it.
I looked at that as well, they were completed just not the task we call finalize project wasnt checked all the linbuilding was finished.
