Was wondering if you gun enthusiast could shed light on this...

If JFK was shot from behind why does his head get thrown back into the seat to me that contradicts how motion works.

I for think it was more than one shooter just because he hunches forward than he get slung back as if he was shot in the front.

1, 2
forward, backward

it makes no difference.

but remember this

"When Kennedy called for a return of America's currency to the gold standard, and the dismantling of the Federal Reserve System -- he actually minted non-debt money that does not bear the mark of the Federal Reserve; when he dared to actually exercise the leadership authority granted to him by the U.S. Constitution . . . Kennedy prepared his own death warrant. It was time for him to go."

from John F. Kennedy to George Bush

Pretty gruesome stuff there, it looks like the exit wound was towards the front of his head which caused his head to jerk back when the CIA shot him.

I am no gun expert but if i shot you in the back of the head i should not expect your head to move in the opposite direction of the bullet...

my take first bullet enters the back (either shoulder or neck area) I saythat because his arms go up towards that area and it looks like he is gasping or something not sure... that takes place at :26 then you see his wife lean into him at :29 and immediately after he gets knocked back and his wife scrambles to get out...

Certainly one of the most fascinating and historically (and analysed) videos of all time.

ie. here's a "HD" stabilized version synchronized with actual sound from the event, as captured by a 'Dictabelt' recording of Dallas Police Channel 1 (which had a stuck microphone on during the time of the assassination).

Also, a lot of people don't know there was at least one other video taken of the assassination, opposite Zapruder's position: the Nix film.

Here's a Youtube vid that digitally enhances / analyzes the shit outta it, including (at the 6:10 mark) showing Zapruder filming across the street.

Interesting stuff for JFK buffs..!

All I know is it was god damn impressive shot(s) a head shot from a few hundred yards on a moving target is Navy Seal caliber, the CIA must have hired some russian sniper

Here's a Penn & Teller Bullshit episode showing how a melon, wrapped in plastic wrap, fell backwards after being shot with the same model rifle.

^ Their demonstration was shooting from directly behind, not from an angle up on the sixth floor, like where Oswald supposedly was. They also don't account for how one bullet "traversed 15 layers of clothing, 7 layers of skin, and approximately 15 inches of tissue, struck a necktie knot, removed 4 inches of rib, and shattered a radius bone"

The way they showed how easy you can get 3 shots off is silly as well. Do it instead with live rounds while aiming at a moving target from up high.

I like some of the "Bullshit" shows, but they often mislead and jump to conclusions just like the people who they criticize.

I've shot deer in full sprint with a 12ga shotgun (not a rifle with a scope) from more than twice the distance Oswald made that shot. It's not a impressive distance by any means.

Having said that , I still honestly believe LBJ was involved in the incident somehow. He was by far one of the most evil presidents in the history of the US.

Lawlz. This been had debunked (see Flaherty et al.)

It is worth noting that XO 11110, Kennedy's alleged "silver certificate" executive order, was actually a single paragraph attached to an existing Truman-era XO (see it here. Since silver certificates were already in circulation at the time, it is extremely hard to connect the dots on why Kennedy would be assassinated over it.
