In shell I deleted a folder on my web site called "pictures". So I went rm -rf pictures to do this.

Now, I can't upload anything to my site, I can't restore it!

I get the error message in FTP "550 Can't change directory to ..."

Please help ASAP

I was able to upload my folder on my other computer... but cuteftp on this computer is seriously messed up. I cant upload anything. I even uninstalled cuteftp and installed again, same problem. Anyone know what I can do?

This all happened after I typed rm -rf pictures in Putty .

wtf
 
but do you know what might have caused this? on my personal pc, cuteftp doesn't work properly anymore.. i cant upload anything.
