Anyone else have agonizing experiences with Spinnerchief customer service? I'm about ready to explode. With the language barrier and the fact that they are only available to work with me during China time - - -o godddd i'm so frustrated.
It's very simple really, I purchased the CT version four days ago, and I have not yet actually had it enabled. SC is NOT giving me the option to download the CT.
Anyone know how I can fix this problem? They've already authorized my payment.
I've posted the problem at the White Hat forum, but no answer yet. There's like one guy handling all the problems over there hahaha.
