Anyone else have agonizing experiences with Spinnerchief customer service? I'm about ready to explode. With the language barrier and the fact that they are only available to work with me during China time - - -o godddd i'm so frustrated.

It's very simple really, I purchased the CT version four days ago, and I have not yet actually had it enabled. SC is NOT giving me the option to download the CT.

Anyone know how I can fix this problem? They've already authorized my payment.

I've posted the problem at the White Hat forum, but no answer yet. There's like one guy handling all the problems over there hahaha.

If you guys are really looking for a good spinner, check out spin rewriter. A WF member turned me onto this a few weeks ago. Ive used TBS for over a year and decided to switch to this on a whim. You get an online control panel (so you can use it from anywhere) and it is really easy to use. Ive found that it "learns" much better.

Ive never suggested a product on here since I've posted but thought this would be a great suggestion for newbs looking for an advanced tool that is also easy to use.

We don't want WF to turn into a pitch-fest haven.

To contribute to the thread though, I really don't know why anybody would prefer other software than TBS.

SC had a lot of useful functions that TBS didn't prior to v3 and it's batch spinning is faster. I use both though.

cos some people don't really like the TBS interface.. the best thing about TBS is only the community contributed synonyms.. but if you are spinning by hand, sentence manually there is really no need for TBS
 
Out of my 400 something posts I've never pushed any product or ever posted an afiiliate link - either way forgot it was "rule" my bad

I've used TBS for over a year, and already within 2 weeks I like spin rewrite better, much better. and i pretty much have a spinner open in a seperate window at all times. TBS reminded me of a windows 98 api program. so glad i went outside the box and tried somethign else
