Paleo Foods

Paleo Plan if you want to have everything but the cooking part of Paleo solved for you. For someone as successful as you, you may even be able to point a personal chef to the site and just have them prepare that for you on a weekly basis. Been self-cooking using this site as my source for the last three months and I'm in the best shape of my life...been exercising too though.
How easy are the recipes to make and following the plan? I am trying to be Paleo, but I am also pretty lazy.

The black pepper flavor from Beefjerky.com is called Final Frontier Jerky. It has been to orbit 5 times. It was requested by an astronaut crew the first time, it was smuggled in a spacesuit pocket the 2nd time, and an order from an astronaut aboard the space station got it up the 3rd time.

It has flown on the Space Shuttle, Soyuz, & a Progress freighter, and it has been aboard MIR and ISS.

Taking anything to orbit costs about $10,000 per pound, so you know its the good stuff. Visit Beefjerky.com.

Greg, I order Final Frontier from you every couple months, I am the reason this is in your analytics. ;)

But you gotta be careful with self promotion around here, its generally frowned upon.

You can answer any direct questions about your product or website, but you can't push your product.

Anyway, looking at a bag of Final Frontier on my desk, its late and I need some breakfast... :)

Opinion on diet soda?

Plenty of info out there on the dangers of artificial sweeteners. Like with pretty much anything out, you take out what is "bad" (fat, sugar, whatever) they just replace it with some sort of chemical concoction. So as far as I'm concerned they aren't any better.

I prefer unsweetened tea, specificly Peace Iced Tea - Products - Unsweetened Tea only about 15 cals (and 3 net carbs) for an entire big can.

to whoever was asking about easy paleo lunches...

my wife is addicted to those rotisserie chicken you get in the butcher section of the supermarket. i take a fork to the back of one of those while i drink my homemade juice. granny smith + oranges + spinach + kale + spiralina.

also greek salads with grilled chicken are good.

make a huge vat of gumbo or something and just eat that for 5 days. thats what i did this week. just watch the table salt with the broths.
in my opinion, and i argue with the wife all the time about this, a lot of paleo converts concentrate on the meat part of the diet too much. i try to limit my red meat intake, even though i agree its not the bad cholesterol and you don't have to avoid it like its poison. paleo should be heavy on fruits and veggies and getting protein from veggies like avocados and olives. fish is better than red meat, chicken, etc. i know some people disagree, but thats how i (try to) roll.

You want to eat good, you need to put in the time in the kitchen. This is a requirement IMHO. Indeed it's all about cooking in bulk and then eating it down.

Although I have been focusing more on low carb rather than simply paleo these would work for a quick lunch.

Like I'll par cook 6 or so chicken breasts on my George Forman grill, takes about 5 min per 3 three breasts set at 350 degrees. Then when you want to eat them chop them up in to cubes and nuke em for like minute and throw them on top of a simple salad. If you want to eat that chicken cold cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Boom tasty lunch.

Another versatile use of that chicken would to do a curried chicken salad with home made mayo. You can easily do a big batch and eat from it for days, just throw the chicken salad on top of a bed of lettuce and it's a really good filling meal.
