I am not adverse to getting the FTC involved for CAN-SPAM. Stop sending the fucking newsletter. The unsubscribe link makes it painfully obvious that you're using their list.

I'm referring more to the Clickbooth list from ASE, giving someone access to mail your list from your account isn't violating anything (unless I'm missing something, but when you unsub from a list you're not unsubbing from that specific sender). However, it'd be interesting to see how they define "sender" for that "do not contact" opt-out.

On all other counts though yeah, meh.
