Wow, you're serious? I thought that you posted the link as a joke.
You're talking about interacting with 100 different sites. I'm not an expert, but for me just mapping out the various login and posting methodologies would be worth more than 350 Let alone putting it all together and testing.
Seems more like several simple jobs, than one simple script.
I'd love to see someone with coding skills just map this out real quickly for you.
