jetto, honestly never worked with these network but Lemme tell you a easy way to work on their offers. Unless these networks are like super private networks or are AOR, its most likely they are pulling offers from somewhere else. Try odigger or cashtactics to find the main source and work with them. I could bypass many small networks this way all the time and it usually always pays more.

I've actually heard good things about CPATank. Which is odd considering the name and the cheesy marketing. When I first saw it I thought it was a joke.
