I have a game ROM , the good ole "Road Rash" game from the 90's from EA that many of us have played before.

Is it possible to turn it into a playable flash .swf format? Even if only 1 level of it could be playable, that would be fine.

Please PM me if this is something you can do.

Thanks

and if not a flash .swf file, another format that could be embedded into a website and be played via browser.

At first I was like, no there is no real way to do this... except this an emulator. You're in luck, there are Java NES emulators out there, as proof go here: PlayNes - Play Super Mario Brothers 3 NES Nintendo

So you're just going to have to find a Java emulator that works for the specific game you're looking to provide.

Thank you so much Rage9. I just emailed the owner of PlayNes ;)

I can't believe such a thing exists in this way.

Man, downloading that torrent zip file of SNES, NES, Sega, and Genesis roms was the best thing I ever did for about 2 months. Such simplicity in those things. Easy to learn, easy to play, entertaining.

Less so now of course - it seems like they are perfect for SWF!
