If I'm promoting an offer using Google Adwords, instead of using something like gardeningtools.com, could I use gardeningtools.myreview.com and iframe the advertisers landing page? How would this effect quality score?

Thanks

what about creating a page with real content AND the iframe with the affiliate landing page in it? it wouldn't be just simply framing another site...

I have done this quite a bit with Google aware of our doing so. I think you should be ok. If it is not, they will just stop showing your ads until you fix it, so no real risk.

Just do it and see how it works out for you. Different people get different results - and personally, what you are suggesting works for me.

Do you mean a simple iframed page as Fewleftstanding asked about, or thegrin's suggestion of putting the iframe inside some other content?

This never got answered, and I think it was a good question. Does Google call off the dogs a little bit if there's some content in there along with the iframe?

If not, I guess the only way to make it work would be to cloak.
