I have about 16 website most made for AdSense and I'm looking for somebody to give direction i'm not that interested in social SEO work to find somebody that can manage and do many of those Facebook twitter etc.
Strategies to help my sites.
any suggestions ?

Help in what? Be more specific..

Rankings? Ads Placements for better income generation? Or Traffic?

If your not interested in some shitty workers doing facebook and twitter stuff do some SEO stuff like if you want rankings do some article marketing, pressreleases, bookmarking, edu's, gov's High Profile links, Forum Profile and sigs, yahoo answers, blog commenting and damn a lot more.

That's why I'm asking you to be more specific cause the question you have there is pretty general.

Ok , i currently do all link building ( buy most of them on wf) and on page seo for my sites
But i do zero of the social stuff for these websites . Since many people say it is important , i am looking for someone to set up accounts on social media and do whatever needs to be done ( likes , links from social , obtain follwers etc ( i dont know too much about what will help my websites to rank better)
Hope that makes sense.
Or good articles so i can learn
 
Yes I suggest get on fivver. YOu can get facebook accounts that you can use with 1000 friends on it. YOu can also get twitter accounts there that you can use. If you know stuff on SEO but not on social sites then it is the answer for you. Go to fivver you'll cheap and reliable workers there. though you'll have to spend a couple of $5 to get a good worker but once you find it you'll smile like hell and save a lot of time...

GOt multiple workers from fiverr before for my sites. Until now they are working but not on fiverr but directly to me and have monthly contracts. for me I got in a ratio of 20 workers and only 3 stick and do a good job.

Is it enough to get likes and such on your url or
Better to combine with trying to get real followers on ur facebook or twit for smaller websites
 
You could get a free account at Synnd if you want likes, tweets and +1's to show up from real accounts. I have never used Synnd (Free or Paid) but I have heard that it doesn't help with the SERPs.

Since this is the Newbie section I'll give a +1 for WalterTech's service, I use his article service on a regular basis and his service definitely helps a lot with the SERPs.
 
I don't particularly bother with Social Marketing (Web 2.0). I simply concentrate of writing good quality articles to bring in good quality traffic. After that, it's really down to the landing page (if you're selling something or promoting an affiliate program).

Social factors have been helping my sites a lot lately with both traffic and rankings. You can find some good services here on WF. If you're looking for someone to set up, maintain and update FB and Twitter pages because you don't have the time/skill or just don't want to do it yourself feel free to send me a PM.
 
You can buy fb likes, twitter referred,followers etc all from WF. I think you need more of a actual social strategy along with a person who can carry it out on a daily/weekly basis.
 
This is a free approach. No need to buy FB likes, etc. if you don't know what you are doing.

First is to get some fan pages created. You can get a free guide and free fanpage resources here of WF.

Next is to post on several FB groups/pages that offer free advertising for your fanpages. There are a lot of free "like" exchanges on Facebook. Just create and keep a list of those pages and try to promote all your fanpages on those free "like" exchanges.

If you really put some time into doing this then your fanpages will get an ongoing steady flow of real likes from real people.
