Kobe didn't file the divorce though. I'm sure it would hurt more if your business partner decided to leave and take the 50%. I agree that he knew what he was doing when he decided to marry her, and I don't feel bad because it's crazy how much money they have anyway. With that said, I do think she decided to wait a few years to file for the divorce solely because she knew she would automatically get half.
