Do Some Girls From the Caribbean Have Super Foul Breath?

Serious question. I've meet two different girls from two different island countries in the Caribbean and both had the same "rotten sea" smell coming from their mouths. Now, I have to point out that the vast majority of the girls from the Caribbean I've meet did not have that issue - in fact only two did. So I'm not trying to disparage Caribbean women as a whole.

But the only 2 times I've encountered this very distinct foul smell was with women from the Caribbean islands.

Has anyone encountered this? WTF is this?
