Alright, so I just spent the last hour or so messing around and I found out the FireFox bug. It was due to the Exact URL Match feature I added in a few days ago.

Please check it on FireFox again. Also, what happens when you try to add campaigns in IE?

Thanks,
Lanbo

Alrighty - it's getting there.

1 - Adding new keywords in FF - WORKS! :)

2 - Adding new campaigns in IE - does NOT work (yet)

But, for the record, it all being good to go in FF is awesome with me!

Thank you!!!!

I'm also still thinking that the "other google's" rank checking is not working (ie, tracking rank in UK, CA, etc).

Hey,

At what step does it not let you add a campaign in IE?

Also, the "other google's" rank checking is working, however it's using an USA IP at the moment to check (.ca/.co.uk/ect) so it might be off. I'm going to try to get a few geo specific IP's for this.

In IE, if I try to create a new category from the home screen, it does not work. The create box pops up, I can type the new category name in, but when I click "create category" nothing happens.

The same thing happens if I am inside a current category and then click "create category". Box opens, I can type in it, but nothing happens when I click to create it.

Hope that helps!

Tested on IE, and it's working fine here - what IE version are you using?

Just signed up for the 200 keyword plan.

Right off the bat, looks like there are some pretty big descrepanies. I am seeing a lot of keywords showing in your tracker about 1-5 spots ABOVE where they are actually ranking. And these are all top 10 keywords, so I am not even checking the lower ranking ones for accuracy.

How accurate should I expect this tracker to be and any reason for the descrepancy I am seeing?

Thanks.

Hi there, sorry for any inconvenience, this problem should be resolved.

Previously, it was filtering out duplicate domain rankings.

So in this ranking example:
1.) site1.com
2.) site2.com
3.) site2.com/subpage.php
4.) site3.com
5.) site4.com
6.) site4.com/aboutus.php
7.) yoursite.com
8.) wikipedia.com
9.) wikipedia.com/moreinfo
10.) youtube.com

Previously it would have reported "yoursite.com" as #5 because site2.com and site4.com appeared twice.
However, it will now report the proper #7 ranking - we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you!

Thanks,
Lanbo

Yes, today it seems to have adjusted itself. Still not completely accurate, but closer. Is it counting images and local maps correctly?

Hi, yes it is counting/including both images and local listings - everything looks 100% accurate so please PM me a keyword that is off for you and I will look into it for you.

Thanks,
Lanbo

We are happy that users are reporting 100% accuracy on regional Googles (.co.uk/.com.au/ect)!

Thanks for your review! We will be adding in bing/yahoo rankings later on down the road. We are focusing on perfecting everything else in the meantime!
