Vitamin C from natural resources will improve your response. Piss color helps to identify absorption levels. Healthy piss is not deep yellow or deep orange nor does it have a strong smell.

and for those with yellow piss, it's the b12 because your body is poor at absorbing this vitamin. if you are severely deficient you need to get injectables from your doctor.

Incorrect. B vitamins are water suitable meaning it would be extremely hard to od on B vitamins, as whatever your body cannot use it pisses out in dark color. It doesnt mean anyones body is poor. I'm sure the same rule would apply given you got it injected.
this is probably the dumbest statement ever - if someone isn't a bodybuilder, but they take fish oil to help their blood pressure and general health, you wouldn't trust it because they don't have a six pack?
