How to remove a malicious code from index.php?

Hi Your Lover,

I asked a friend of mine to take a look at the code and he sent me a working version of the theme.

Anyway you can check it out here

...this forum deserves better!

After some reflection, yes, I should have:

- immediately sent you instructions on how to reverse engineer some encoded PHP to save you $20.
- confirmed your view that theme designers have no right to compensation
- sympathized with your inability to understand that the "malicious code" was just some anti-virus warning that triggered on any encoded/obfuscated php, even legit stuff, like a free theme footer protection

Apologies, I must be slipping. I'll try to do better.

this reply was to be enough for me if posted in the first place.

Thank you

I think there might be some vulnerability in your code that allows an attacker to modify your files.

It's probably a false alarm by your hosting provider. Try scanning that theme on virustotal and see what kind of result do you get.
