yup, let me know. I need them printed on a specific color t-shirt as well, which shouldn't be a problem for most.
you're not going to find a good deal on 12 shirts - you're better off going to the mall and getting it done, or find a spot that does direct-to-garment printing that might want to take it on. but in terms of actual screen printing, you're not going to find anyone wanting to do a run of 12 shirts for cheap.

Add a zero to your quantity and you can find cheap, I just had my buddy print up 170 shirts for me, cost me $400 plus the shirt costs to get them printed both sides.
12 of them probably would have been $150 by the time he charged me for setup shit and his wasted time.
Find someone with a direct to garment machine (although you said specific shirt color so you're probably shit out of luck there, they have limited options) or a sign shop that does heat transfers (if you're looking for one color shit). If you're looking for low volume full color stuff on a non standard color shirt, you're just delusional.
most shops charge you a set up fee of around $20 per screen, which means $20 per color. you have no idea how many dickheads think that a 3 color front, 2 color back with 2 color sleeve print on black shirts should only cost them $7.00 per shirt...
