There are bidirectional arrows meaning inbound/outbound sharing. It has similar white bidirectional (kinda) in the part of arrow that is above the blue ring. Interesting this makes the arrows form a Y formation upward (white) and downward (blue) under blue ring. It was suggested this the white arrows are phalice symbols moving toward the center - female principle. We can also say each blue bidirectional arrows are sliding underneath the ring... same principle. someone also mentioned crossroads where you sell your soul to the devil by the crossing over of arrows??

The words within the blue circle are NOT connected, they are seperate due to the arrows. Thus they are saying "Making the World" ~ "Open and Connected" was suggested as the "illumunati" being aware and connected but it can also mean they opened up the system and we are now connected to outside databases. WE ARE - FBI has access I found link last night.

As for the icons ~ Graph (friends icon), Stream (messages icon), Platform (notification icon ~ also world), below facebook at bottom of blue circle ~ (body+1) this is not the friend icon. Could it mean User (us) + 1 ???? NOW if you take the first letter of each label you have GPS = Global Positioning System. Graph the people into databases which can be graphed into diagrams. Stream the Data ~ everyones voice, email photos, etc added to database. Final is just the Globe featuring North and South America. All icons are in a circle as well.
