Google penguin has had a major impact on one of my sites. The SEO company have narrowed 364 badlinks but when I asked the webmaster to remove these links from his site to mine he became a bully and demanded paying. Can anyone go onto his site and remove these links for me

Today is day 15 since I placed my order and I'm kind of astonished that you would open your service up to new orders when you have an obvious backlog of work. I have yet to see one link indexed.
You provided me with two separate and contradicting reasons for why my order would be delayed. I understand, and agree, with the need to attend to the health of friends and family. However, you already have my money and my entire schedule for this website is being held up because of this.
I'm concerned about the "over delivery" you're promising, as I don't want certain links pointing to my site. Please only provide what I asked for in my original order.
I've read your reviews and have had heard great feedback about your service (and you as a provider). I'm looking forward to the positive results that many of your other customers have obviously experienced.
My partner manages the sales coming in, so he is still happy to take sales.
I am responsible for sending the reports out which caused the delay as I had an issue a few days ago. That is now all finished and all work is resuming. Like I said, reports will be sent in 4 days, or under.
As for the over-delivery, it is nothing NEW which you don't know. It's the same links but just a bit more to make up for the delay.
The reason no links are indexed is because we haven't done anything to get them indexed. They will be sent to Lindexed on a drip, on the day your work is complete.

Much the same story, I paid August 8th. Shit happens and stuff though, and I think there's another 2 days until he said he'd have my report done via PM.
Seems to be a legit guy and I'm sure he'll deliver.. Never easy when there's a death close to you, certainly when I've had similar personal issues recently the last things I've felt like dealing with are business issues. At least he's doing the right thing and dealing with everything, rather than running away [like some people have done].

Your report should be sent in about 24 hours, not 2 days.
I am back to work now, and although what happened a few days back still upsets me, I realise it's time to carry on. All delayed orders will be sent within the time I promised (which was an extra 4-5 days). Thanks for understanding, and I promise this won't happen again.
