Wasting Time In the STS Section?

I have been doing it almost daily, getting caught up the reading and fucking around in STS. I have wasted more time than I care to add up.

I started using the StayFocused Chrome Extension it allows me to block custom urls on a site without blocking all of the site. Just got done blocking STS and NudeFTW so now the only threads I can view are topic specific.

As if you cannot control yourself and need a third party (a plugin) to police you and intervene.
Jesus they will probably develop a plugin to serve people a glass of water too cause people just can't make their own decisions.
