End of the rainbow
Some of you older gay webmasters might like this little documentary. It's been known to make more than a few grown men cry ...

"You know you're climbing the ladder and you get to the top and you realize you have it leaned up against the wrong wall. I didn't even know what the right wall was."

Why so short? I feel like they could have added a little more to the story. But still pretty cool, I better get back to work.

Funny, that was literally my first thought after watching the ~1 hour documentary. But now I think the answer is obvious - it's because the message is so fucking simple.

I realized after that I was watching just a preview of it. I will look into this, I love these kinds of stories for some odd reason. Looks good, shared it.

Kind of reminds me of this video.

I contributed to this Kickstarter campaign cuz I really believe in the message. I was somewhat dissapointed with the narration of the documentary though. Wish it would've dug into the lives of some of the people a little deeper (such as MJ Demarco) and could've done a better job of telling their stories. I was expecting it to elicit a lot of emotion from me...but it didn't. Overall, loved the message of the documentary...just wished it was a executed a little better.

While many entrepreneurial types are caught in this type of rat race and fail to see a larger vision for themselves it seems we are missing the point. The path laid out is for the masses, most of whom need a routine, a direction, a road in place to follow. I believe it is too focused on college and should include vocational, technical, etc programs, but in the end you have to direct and control the masses by laying out a standard. Without it, most would flounder, fail and become wards of the State.
