Your statement isn't congruent. You saying, "I thought they were pretty good" presupposes that you don't think they are still good? Or could really mean anything, I guess

TV is good...but the problem there is that any good keywords are bid up to ridiculous amounts.

Sure the traffic is 10x better than DirectCPVs...but after you factor in the cost per click...you'll be paying 10x more for that privilege.

So if you get 10 clicks from direct cpv for .02 per click. And only 2 of them are "quality". Is it really that much worse...than paying 20 cents per click on TrafficVance?

Personally I was pretty disappointed with TV. Not one of my profitable campaigns on other networks worked there. Sure conversions rates were higher, but so was the cost...so in the end of the day it was a wash. Personally I think that most of the people talking up TrafficVance are either people who aren't even there themselves. Or those who found better traffic sources that want the noobs to be focused on TrafficVance instead.

Direct CPV is a scam. I tried it out years ago and saw the same, loads of shitty referrers from random sites.

Yeah I've had a lot of success with TrafficVance...great traffic. In fact, I had a hell of a difficult offer to sell through display/Adwords that just exploded on TV.

Plus their account managers actually know what their doing (ie: target lists). I've had no need to do scraping.

LeadImpact is also good...would it even be worth testing MediaTraffic? Seems like the quality I get from the other two is good enough...what does that latter provide that the other two don't?

True...I've had a couple of campaigns where the bids are just insane (freaking $0.89 for a prime KW...honestly???). That's when I mix it up with LeadImpact.

Other than DirectCPV (which I haven't touched) and AdOn, any other main PPV sources you recommend? I have only recently immersed myself into PPV traffic...I'm a typical banner/search guy, so it's been a slow grow for me thus far finding the best places from which to buy.
