Developing a new design product, need some testers with Photosop.

Good to go for this initial test. Here's a video I sped up by 700% (actual time to customize the banner was 7 minutes.) Thanks for helping!

I'll update this thread when it's a ready to go product. :P

This .atn is pretty sweet. Just PM'd you the results from my Mac
Looking forward to the full product.

Looks like an interesting one.

Going a bit off-topic here but I REALLY hate it when Americans pronounce niche "nitch". Instantly puts me off a product, it's just such an ugly pronunciation. How do you guys pronounce cliché, "clitchay"?

lol, I'm the opposite. It annoys the shit out of me when people call it neesh

Since you require your customers to have photoshop, you may look if Photoshop CS2 supports Vista, 7 and 8.

Adobe gives it away for free; IF it runs on above OS's you may wish to support CS2 since then you can refer your customers without PS to adobe and have them download it.

But CS2 probaly won't run on vista, 7 and 8 and you need "newer" functions in PS anyway.

Adobe fucked up when releasing that, as is evident by your 404'd URL. CS2 is not free for everyone, they just shut down the serial number servers for it.

I've got paint shop pro on a windows media center box, let me know what you want to test

This'll only work for photoshop CS2 and above, they're action plugins built to work with Photoshop.

Yeah, it states on that page, "The serial numbers below should only be used by customers who legitimately purchased CS2 or Acrobat 7 and need to maintain their current use of these products."

I don't think it'd be wise of me to openly tell people to just ignore that message and download it anyhow ;).

I do think their creative cloud subscription service for $50 a month is worth it. You get the latest Photoshop + almost all of their other software. A good banner set costs a few hundred dollars alone.. So if you're either (a) a designer who wants to speed up banner workflow or (b) an AM'er who launches campaigns frequently and wants banners, $50 a month is nothing.

Not 100% positive, but I'm pretty sure dchuk used the sarcasm filter on Paintshop Pro to create that post.

When I was writing that response, I was going to include, "Assuming you're being serious," but didn't want to hurt his feelings in case he was actually serious. ;)

Edit: Oh. I see.

Hey,

Finally had some time to sit down and check it out. Very cool concept. Good luck, let me know when you start offering this toolkit.

I'll post this here in case anyone would like to add to the bug-finding or idea-sharing.
