The Pirate Bay : AFK (Documentary - 1h22)

I expected more hot chicks from a documentary made in Sweden. The mountain server location was pretty cool:

I was surprised they were allowed to leave the country during the trial. In the US, they probably would have had their passports seized.

I love how Hollywood's lawyer said it was just a phase and she knew it would go away. Does that bitch have her head in the sand? Trying to bring these sites down is like playing a game of whack-a-mole. Resistance is futile at this point.

These companies have lost out on so much money by not adapting to the digital age. I've tried to download legally before, but then I get the message this service is only available in America, ok fuck you I'll go download it for free then. Borders on the internet will never work.

I watched yesterday and found it quite fascinating. I was also unaware of the fact that you can access all of the wikileaks files from there as well and that, on a small level, they have diplomatic backing now until I watched it.

Saw this yesterday and I thought it was pretty strong. Wish they would have gotten more into the whole crazy-bond-villian shit though. I wanted to hear about them trying to buy that fucking island and how they talked about putting the fucking servers in space or some shit.
