That's on you if you're direct linking campaigns, which you shouldn't. You're using the same domain 50k other people are using. We generally try to change domains from time to time due to non-compliant publishers who direct link and when the reputation of that domain begins to diminish. Happens with all networks with heavy traffic.

I have to think that promoting Fiverr is getting saturated, almost everyone that wants a Fiverr account has one already.
