Have you ever had a support staff that pretty much gave you canned responses? Canned responses like "your server will be fixed shortly" and you politely ask them several times at first for an ETA, and then have to ask them every 6 hours what shortly means exactly for 6 days after which they REMOVE you from chat and ignore the ticket?

How about a support staff that uses "new staff in-training" for their ticket system, and then start denying facts that I show to them are IN THE TICKET HISTORY, which they blatantly ignore and tell me that it didn't happen [even though its in ticket system - like a Christian denying evolution in a fossil museum]?

Better yet, when that evil angry customer is yelling because they're bottomlining 6 months of constant support abuse like this - you'd do what you can to appease him, right? Instead of egging them on with useless sentences about respect and forcing them to pay for the servers FOR THE NEXT MONTH just to be able to grab the data from them? Even though any hosting company would probably give you the backup without making trouble?

Just, you know, every day stuff like that.

I'm very polite with partners/people I skype/chat/JV with. I'm not polite with complete fucking idiots who ignore/lie/only try to resolve shit when the bill is due. And after the bill is paid, efforts to fix shit stop, for the original problem.

I'm guessing this is tippie - owner of WRZhost, since he finally decided to give me a moment of his time now that he's directly being affected instead of some client one can just ignore lol.

If they were unmanaged or whatever, all the staff had to say was that they're unmanaged and I'd pay for the management. If I was renting some shared hosting with them, I wouldn't be getting mad - I spent 600-900 a month on dedis/vpses with them, so some extra money means shit - but for some reason, the staff NEVER mentioned the unmanaged/whatever bullshit once. Instead they told me it's my fault.
