Here's what you do. Take 30k of it and build a shit ton of micro niche sites. When that doesn't work, start building software for link building. Stop supporting it, and then re-release it under a slightly different name and recharge everyone for access. BOWSE. Call it 30k-Bomber-Pro-v.2.1

Depending on his situation, this could be one of the WORST investments EVER! It is a nightmare for reporting and you are taxed at a much higher rate than if you buy US mutual funds, since they are considered passive foreign investment company's. It's something that you really have to check into. Since when you factor much higher taxes, into the current rate of returns and factor in inflation, he could potentially be losing money or just barely breaking even.
Just stick it in your checkbook and wait for him to die. When he asks what you did with it, tell him you put it in a CD or some shit. Tell him if he needs a little cash he should come to to and you will take care of it. He wont ever ask so feel free to spend all but maybe 5k. That way if he needs the electric bill paid you can cover it. I promise you he will never ask for more than 5k before he dies.
