A: Yes! Most of the people who offer high quantity submission above 3000 or so, use ffa pages and classified ad sites link which are crap to say the least. Links on such pages expire after 30/60 days. With our submission packages, you will not get a single link from those pages as it contains strictly directories only.

We have tons of reviews that prove it wrong. The system works, we believe that is enough of a proof.

1. Making a bold statement in a BST thread and not even mentioning it in one of the 7 (!!) opening posts is misleading IMHO.
2. The reviews you copied don't prove anything wrong. The reviewers which said they will report SERP changes obviously never reported anything back, else you would have used it.
3. I'm not saying directory submissions don't work, in fact I like to use them. But I do not like promises in a thread title being neglected.
We have tons of reviews that report back the serp changes, if you watch the thread you will see them come, I do apologize if they are not in the first replies, but you can also look through some of our previous threads.
Because of the BUMP rule here on WickedFire, we randomly use some of our premade "bumps" and if you watch those you will see reviews that prove how the serps move.

Ok, I'll bite. Even though I've used Wicker hundreds of times in past, I am really curious how recent Google changes have affected Directory Submissions. So here's what we'll do. We'll test a brand new URL (local/small business), we'll dump some keywords in MSM and see what and how the URL does, both long term and short term. What do you guys say?
Here we go. Just ran it through Ahrefs, and again, this site just launched a few days ago, on WP, small business site, it IS fully SEOd (on-page), but not a single link has been built as the site was just indexed yesterday in Google. Google analytics nor webmaster tools are installed, but it does have ALL-in-one SEO pack, 404 Redirection, Sitemap.xml and proper images with SEO. Again, small business, located in New York, now we'll get to testing directories.
