OfferMobi - Do they Pay?

Can never seem to get a hold of people there. They have a few exclusives but don't think that anyone is running volume to them.

Also curious about them since we developed a mobile job site and I had my eye on a couple offers of theirs. Their voicemail sounds like a home answering machine and calls and support tickets were never addressed.

I did some pay per call on Offermobi last year. The advertiser complained and I got kicked off the offer I was promoting. I was doing click to call on adwords with impressive ROI. I did get paid, but I never promoted another thing on offermobi afterwards because of the false accusations that were made against me.
