Ready to drop 100K in leads

I'm unsure on how to proceed with this: a client of mine is in need of hundreds of thousands of email leads.

I got about 100K to drop on this but I'm unsure what are my options. Can anyone here shed some light as to where to get some quality leads or if possible to buy email databases from trusted sources?

Plenty of Fish, Facebook, etc. Any social network that mines all that data on their users. Set up some ads to a lander with the information you want, and give them something in return: get info.

I would suggest getting someone that knows what they are doing to help guide you. Possibly a media buyer or specialist in the targeted medium you are thinking about. Dropping 100K on something you are not familiar with... Well let's just say this is going to be a serious life lesson.

What I did in past is contacting middle sized forum owners and buying their forum members email lists. You can try that.
