For 1 mil. links, can you tier it as 300k in the first tier and the remaining in the 2nd? Also, can you get this done in 24 hours? If not 48 hours max?

The linking structure is possible but it takes a LOT of time to create links of this type.And even more to verify and over deliver. Typical TAT is a 7-10 days.
 
Hi, I just ordered, but couldn't get back to the form.

Also, will I have to provide the "generic anchors" in the keywords or you'll handle the generics for me and I tell you a % or ratio of keyword to generic anchors.
