Facebook Opens CPC Advertising

Okay - looks like they banned links to maxbounty - getting this error message on my second (new today) account when I try and link to my ringtone offer.

WTF is wrong with these people - I mean it's not like I'm stealing anything from them, trying my hardest to GIVE them money for crying out loud...

Also - got a response from them about my first account being banned - looks like they have decided to go with the google "read the TOS - you know why you're banned" approach... Response quoted below...

Your account has been disabled. Generally, we disable an account if too many of its ads violate our Terms of Service or Advertising Guidelines.
All of your ads have been stopped and should not be run again on the site under any circumstances. Unfortunately we cannot provide you with the specific violations that have been deemed abusive. Please review our Terms if you have further questions.

Sounds like a fake work name to use for emails to disgruntled clients that didn't get what they want to me. Who knows - they may be outsourcing their customer service to off stage strippers on break :P

Now.... Time to make a landing page and host it on a non banned domain I guess :P

I have maxbounty links...however it is no longer receiving traffic and I have not been banned. I scanned through the TOS and I did not see anything about anything bad about affiliate work. Can anyone find the TOS after you signup. I can not find it.
 
lol looks like facebook dont like our money. my account disabled. wtf. A simple ringtone and dating offer. Did not make make multiple accounts. HEY FACEBOOK, I WAS A GOODBOY. WHY?
 
My account was fine, had 4 flyers that were not converting so I just went through and deleted them all to try something else, after the last one my account was disabled. Stupid fuckers.
 
I was just banned, I do not see anything i violated in the Advertising Guidelines or TOS and they are doing a Google by giving you nothing.
 
I just had one ad disabled. Funny thing is an ad using pretty much the same picture was left alone. My only guess with why mine was disabled is because I was targeting the same demographic with 2 ads. Either that or I pissed them off with too many e-mails.
 
Are you guys that are not banned using landing pages, straight affiliate links, or some sort of quasi-magical PHP redirection scheme?
 
i managed to get my ad/account banned before a single impression!!! bunch of morons there IMO.

straight affiliate links

There is no where in the TOS or guidelines that says we can not do it.
