I've always wondered what would happen if one of these "pranks" went wrong. What would happen if someone was shot/stabbed or beaten because some guy got freaked out and attacked the actor.

This would freak me out for sure. Seems like a huge liability. If this happened in AZ or TX or a number of other places they'd be lucky if someone didn't get shot.

It's either all actors (completely staged) or they have a terrible/non-existent legal team.

Seems pretty legitimate to me as far as the costumer's reactions. One does question the potential legal backlash something like this could cause though. Either way, pretty entertaining!
